–Santa Rosa’s First Annual Open Studios is a self-guided visit to artists’ studios in Santa Rosa, and a unique opportunity to visit artists in their work spaces. Sponsored by Santa Rosa Urban Arts Partnership, this event is for artists who have Santa Rosa, CA zip codes to open their homes and studios for the middle two weekends in September!
–Any artist who with a Santa Rosa address and zip code may apply
–Deadline for registering is June 30, 2024.
–Cost to register is $100 for two weekends
–Open Studios Gala is on Friday, Sept. 6. Details upcoming.
–Artists receive an online listing, location on an online map, and invitation to the Gala
–Studio sharing encouraged. Sonoma county artists outside Santa Rosa zip codes can share studios with Santa Rosa artists. Scroll down for more details
–Galleries and businesses can participate, if they host a local artist
–Studio tour location map online, list of artists, websites and media online. No printed catalog
–Artists can order large wayfinding signs from a designated printer.
–This Open Studio has an emphasis on the fine arts: ceramics, drawing, fiber arts, glass, printmaking, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, and woodworking.
–The next Santa Rosa Open Studio dates are Sept. 6-7 and 13-14, 2025

–Studio share rules: 1. The space in which you are showing has a Santa Rosa zip code 2. The host artist has a Santa Rosa zip code, either studio or residence 3. The other artist/s live in Sonoma county, even if they don’t have a home or studio with a Santa Rosa zip code 4. All individual artists must register separately, even if sharing a space.
